Set-ups – much like your car, all guitars require set-ups regularly to keep them playing at their best. There is no such thing as a guitar (regardless of price) that comes out of the box ready to play. Your guitar needs to be set-up for the type and gauge of strings used, your action preferences and style of play. Set-up includes: clean fingerboard, polish frets, re-string, set truss rod relief, set bridge action, set nut slot depth, and check/set intonation.

Fret work – as your frets wear, they need to be dressed to keep your guitar feeling comfortable, accurately intonated, and eliminate those irritating fret buzzes. A fret dressing consists of leveling all the frets, then “crowning” them to re-round the tops, then polishing them to a high shine. Re-fretting your guitar’s neck is necessary when there is not enough fret material left to work with. We have a selection of different fret wire sizes available.

Electronics – Troubleshooting and repair, pickup swaps and installation, re-wiring, customizing and noise (hum) insulation are some of the services we offer.

Other Services include: crack repairs, replacement nuts and saddles, replacement tuners, bridges, knobs, pickguards and other hardware. We are also authorized level 2 retrofitters for the BUZZ FEITEN TUNING SYSTEM.
